Le chonque dormant, a drawing inspired by Moebius artwork : la malourde chantante.

This is the birth of crystals, which are in fact scales of an old underground creature. While asleep, she grabs onto the crystals to keep them with her, and the keeper's job is to hit the ground with his stick, so the vibrations help her let them go. It's better for the world's economy and actually better for the chonque's health.
